CracowMagicDecor is based in Poland and has been selling vintage items on Etsy since 2018. I offer my items for sale world-wide.

What is the process for tracking my package?

****🔍 To avoid confusion, please inspect the item when picking up the package from the courier. If the package or item has been visibly damaged in any way, it is NECESSARY to write a protocol with the courier. This serves as the basis for any damage claims.

*****⚠️ If, for various reasons, you don't pick up the parcel and it is returned to me, you will be charged for return shipping costs.

What to do when your item arrived damage?

We try to pack all orders with the greatest care, but sometimes we have no influence on what may happen during transport. That's why all parcels are insured.
If, after opening the package, it turns out that your item has been damaged, please contact us immediately and send the following photos:
*a photo of the entire damaged item with a visible damaged element,
*a photo close-up of the damaged part,
*a photo of all internal packaging,
*a photo of all boxes,
*a photo of the label and other stickers.
All additional descriptions and informations are greatly appreciated so that we can file a complaint with the courier company.
